The most wonderful time of the year…

I don’t know what it is about this time of year, but as the leaves start to turn and the weather has a slight morning chill, I get transported to a world of holiday movies and sharing warmth and love with family and friends. I instantly feel the urge to slow down, grab a fluffy throw and a cup of hot chocolate, cuddle up on the couch and watch silly movies all day. I start thinking of thanksgiving and christmas, snow days and mini vacations at a bed and breakfast in the mountains or by the ocean. Pretty peacoats and warm scarves, Italian leather boots and perfect fit gloves. Baking cookies and hearty meals, decorating the house, the smell of warm cinnamon and crackling fires.  I cant think of anything that I don’t love about the fall and winter, hopefully it won’t go by too quickly.
